Granny squares!

It's time to share with you the secret i was talking about a couple of posts ago, :0)
The lovely Bethel of Bethania over on Flickr planted a seed in my head when i attempted this granny square a while ago.
my 1st 6" granny
i was worried of how it would turn out!
it was in a bid to join a granny swap over on Ravelry i didn't honestly know what I'd let myself in for!
Panic took over oh dear what if i couldn't do them what if the size didn't get achieved, what would i do, all nerves I'm sure everyone has had when following a pattern for a specific item.
It was a little undefined but i did it!!
i was sooo proud of my first ever 6" granny so i hunted for another pattern to pattern it was the lovely Pertinitaco that had these patterns how could i go wrong.
i later produced these that went to my swap partner
still proud of these
but this spurred me on to that very comment Bethel had made on my first granny square written here x
yes i wanted to be involved in this it was my way of giving back for the beautiful patterns i had experimented on, it was my duty i wanted to do this sooo bad to share with people who'd appreciate the effort i can't explain it too good, it's what you feel you must do share the happiness etc,
you know what i mean don't you even if I'm none too good at explaining the feeling you have when you want to do something worthwhile.
Anyway without further ado and not giving too much away as i know the Lovely Sue who puts thee squares together and creates lil masterpiece blankies with them will want to enjoy the whole unveiling hehe i give you my 6" grannies off to a good home off to put some smiles upon faces awww and it feels marvelous that i am able to finally do it!

now you see me
now you don't bye byeeee wish them a safe journey! xx

i also want to add that i feel a little embarrased that i don't know how to navigate much around Blogland?? Please forgive me, i'm sure i'll get the hang of it all one day (soon i hope) xxx
